Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer support for assistance.
  2. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original condition.
  3. Refund is possible only if the reason for refund is valid. We will evaluate and make the decision. 
  4. Exchange for the first time is free of cost. For every exchange after this, the product will cost a return fee of  INR 150.
  5. Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support. We will provide instructions for the return process.
  6. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
    Your refund amount will be initiated and refunded in the original source of payment.

  3. Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
